WHAT WE DO

Leads, followed through to the sale

01

Leads followed, from source to sale

Leads come in from the ad platforms' forms and the website, in one list, with their source. They are counted at each stage, then reconciled with the client's CRM. The screen shows demonstration data: a fictitious advertiser, "École de commerce".

Screen on demonstration data, fictitious advertiser "École de commerce": leads counted by stage and reconciled with the CRM
  1. 1The stages counted: leads received, qualified, interviews, enrolments
  2. 2Leads, one per row: source, status, next step
  3. 3Reconciliation with the client's CRM: statuses checked, duplicates removed
  4. 4The conversion rate by source
02

WhatsApp and follow-ups, set with the sales team

One of the client's advisors answers the prospect on WhatsApp. Follow-ups run on a sequence set with the client's sales team, step by step; a person approves the sends. After the reply, the status is written to the CRM, and qualified leads are sent back to Meta, from the server. The screen shows demonstration data: a fictitious advertiser, "École de commerce".

  1. 1The WhatsApp conversation with a prospect, held by one of the client's advisors
  2. 2The follow-up sequence, step by step, set with the client's sales team; a person approves the sends
  3. 3The status written to the CRM after the reply
  4. 4Qualified leads sent back to Meta from the server, so its campaigns learn which contacts count
03

A contact counts once it is matched with the CRM

This rule holds the rest together. A lead counts as a contact once it is matched with the client's CRM, with its source. The conversion rate is read on these contacts, not on filled-in forms.

  1. 01A lead matched with the client's CRM, with its source
  2. 02Duplicates removed from one source to another
  3. 03A lead with no origin, counted as lost
OUR APPROACH

From lead to sale, in four steps

  1. 01

    A Single List

Leads from Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and the website arrive in one list, with their source.

  2. 02

    Conversation & Follow-ups

One of the client's advisors answers on WhatsApp. Follow-ups are built step by step with the client's sales team; a person approves the sends. Shown on demonstration data.

  3. 03

    The Client's CRM Prevails

Statuses are checked in the client's CRM, read and write; duplicates are removed.

  4. 04

    Back to Meta

Qualified leads are sent back to Meta from the server, through the Meta Conversions API, so its campaigns learn which contacts count. Shown on demonstration data, with no promised result.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01Which CRM do you connect?

The client's CRM, read and write. Statuses are checked there and duplicates removed. With no CRM, the team can build one: that is the work of the Development & AI page.

02Do follow-ups go out on their own?

No. The sequence is set with your sales team, step by step, and a person approves the sends. Follow-ups are shown on demonstration data.

03What do the screens on this page show?

Demonstration data: a fictitious advertiser, "École de commerce". No client is named or quantified.

04Why send qualified leads back to Meta?

So that Meta's campaigns learn which contacts count, not just which ones fill in a form. Qualified leads are sent from the server, through the Meta Conversions API. This return is shown on demonstration data, with no promised result.
