A strategic framing takes on average 6 to 10 weeks: data-driven diagnostic, recommendations, activation plan. We then either move to continuous pilot (quarterly review + plan adjustment) or transfer the roadmap to your internal teams.
Do you work with B2B brands?

Do you deliver a written plan or ongoing support?
